Ten years ago, Corvettes International made a commitment to raise funds for a charity partner while presenting its annual “Fun in the Sun” spring car show. Transitions LifeCare, a hospice facility in Wake County, North Carolina, was selected by club members and enthusiastically agreed to be a part of the show experience.
Christine Casey of Transitions LifeCare explains:
“Transitions LifeCare, a hospice of Wake County, has been a proud partner with Corvettes International for the past ten years to help raise funds for hospice, palliative care, and bereavement care services for patients and families in the Triangle. In those ten years, the club has raised more than $100,000 to support our mission to provide care for individuals and families in the community, regardless of their financial status. We appreciate the hard work of all the members of the Corvettes International club and look forward to more years of working together to help those in our community who are facing end of life or life-changing illness.”
Corvettes International is pleased to continue its relationship with Transitions LifeCare through fundraising activities such as our annual spring charity car show.
