Sunday Drive to Maple View Farm Ice Cream – March 29, 2026

Destination: Maple View Farm Ice Cream

6900 Rocky Ridge Rd
Hillsborough, NC 27278

Join us for an engaging drive through the North Carolina countryside. We’ll depart from the parking lot behind the Waffle House at 1603 TW Alexander Dr, Durham, NC 27703 at 1:30PM, heading west on a route that features backcountry roads, gentle elevation changes, and a healthy mix of curves and sweepers.

The drive is around 55 miles and will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, emphasizing scenery and smooth flow rather than speed.

We will have an interim stop at the Food Lion Parking Lot, 70 Ballantrae Court, Pittsboro, NC 27312 to pickup any folks who choose there as the meetup point.

We’ll finish at Maple View Farm, where you can grab ice cream and enjoy informal car talk with fellow members while enjoying the vineyard view.
